Sydney Haga

Sydney completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College.

Sydney has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including general outpatient, Day Treatment, and Intensive outpatient. She has worked with teens, adults, and couples.

Sydney uses a person-centered approach, focusing on helping individuals find their voice, and feel empowered to discover their own solutions. Sydney also incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and DBT with her clients.

Preston Dahlgren

Pret grew up in Bismarck North Dakota. In his early teen years, his family of 7, moved to Utah. He’s married to his beautiful wife of 15 years, Megan Dahlgren. Together, they have four beautiful girls and an 18 month old boy. The girls are aged nine, six, and three. Their second "Angel daughter," Stella died shortly after birth. Pret has a background in nursing. He currently works as a full time Senior Nursing Director of Surgical Services for the University of Utah. While previously working for Intermountain Healthcare, he obtained his Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and currently practices as a part time as Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) at Aurora Counseling in South Jordan, Utah.
Pret specializes in relationships, same sex attraction, couples counseling, addictions, depression, anxiety, and a host of other challenges this life unbiasedly offers so many.
People are Pret’s real passion. Helping individuals overcome the obstacles that prevent them from determining their own path through life is one of Pret’s greatest pleasures. Pret especially enjoys helping people discover and live out their personal missions. This process of self-discovery is most often accomplished through much pain, striving, personal development, and divine guidance.
When he’s not at either of his two jobs, you can find him out hunting, fishing, or swimming.

Tiffany Murillo Paskett
ACMHC, Therapist
Tiffany works with adults, teens, couples and a variety of issues including: trauma, couples therapy, individual therapy, anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, stress, life adjustment problems, suicidality, relationship problems, and therapy in Español.
Tiffany uses evidence-based, highly successful models for treating her clients including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy.

Tiana Hoffmann
CSW, Therapist
Tiana graduated from Brigham Young University with both her Bachelors in Sociology and her Masters in Social Work. Tiana works with individuals, teens, and couples experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. Tiana also has a particular passion for postpartum mental health and mental health issues associated with motherhood and parenthood.
Tiana primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to approach healing with a strong emphasis on mindfulness. Tiana also utilizes principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method while working with couples.

It is our job, together, to access these skills and create a plan that will bring more peace and meaning into your life. Skyler Holbrook
MFT Intern Therapist
Skyler knows seeking help takes courage and strength. He is passionate about working with couples and families in any stage of their journey. He believes our behaviors are motivated by our emotions, and through understanding our emotions can we create change. Skyler strives to create an open and safe place to have honest communication about our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Skyler helps guide his clients on their journeys to improve themselves, their families, and their relationships.
Skyler received his bachelor's degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Couple's Therapy from North Central University.
When Skyler isn't working, he enjoys reading, watching movies, or traveling. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two large dogs!

Benjamin Erwin
PhD, LMFT, Clinical Director
Ben Erwin was raised in Salt Lake City. He completed his master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Hawaii, and his Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University.
He is an AAMFT approved supervisor and was the clinical director for Argosy University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. He has served as president of the Utah Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, been a member of the Governor’s Behavioral Health Workgroup and on the Salt Lake County Mayor’s Behavioral Health Advisory Council.
His clinical specialties include emotionally focused therapy, addictions, same gender attraction and adolescents. He and his wife Sarah are the proud parents of five children.
